Teams

This event targets learners in Grades 4 to 7, with at least 20 schools expected to take part and approximately 100 to 200 young players stepping onto the court. The exact date, venue, and time are still being finalised and will be announced in due course, but the excitement is already building.

Digital Learning Creatives is proud to announce the Shoot & Win Netball Tournament, designed to celebrate young netball talent across the province while driving meaningful educational change, through our campaign:

CodeFunnatics program

Every game played, every goal scored, and every young athlete who steps onto the court contributes to a greater purpose, helping to finance the CodeFunnatics program to kick-start coding labs for schools that lack funding and for schools that cannot afford to establish one, as it can be costly.

Shoot & Win Netball Tournament, Official Mission Statement

Every learner deserves the chance to compete, to be challenged, and to walk away proud of what they gave on the court.

Host our Tournament

We are currently seeking a suitable school to host the Group Stage of the Shoot & Win Netball Challenge. During the Group Stage, participating schools from across the district come together to compete on one venue. At the end of the Group Stage, the top 10 teams per age group progress to the District Knockout Round.

Hosting this stage is a significant opportunity for your school to be at the centre of the tournament, to showcase your facilities, and to play a meaningful role in a programme that uplifts communities through sport and education.

Is your school the one?

We are officially inviting Gauteng schools with two or more netball courts to apply to host the Group Stage of the Shoot & Win Netball Tournament.

Beyond the Court

We are pursuing a formal partnership with Future Goals Academy, an NSA-accredited netball development organisation, to ensure the Shoot & Win Netball Challenge is supported by experienced coaching, umpiring, and netball expertise from a well-trusted organisation. This partnership will bring credibility, technical knowledge, and a shared commitment to developing young netballers at the grassroots level across Gauteng.
